Rothwell Reed is a new immigration law firm and they asked for a very basic 1-5 page website.
Project challenges overcome
Logo
We wanted to create a emblem or logo that can become a recognisable brand and be a timeless design using very simple shapes and curves.
CRM
We had to modify an open source CRM (EspoCRM) heavily to do what our client wanted and are maintaining and hosting this long term on VPS servers
Nextcloud
Law firms rely on having safe storage for their documents and none is better than on site Nextcloud which keeps it all together in one place. Files can be accessed from pc or phone clients and collaboration is made easy between multiple staff members. It will eventually take care of collecting digital signatures as well which will streamline their workflow and allow them to focus on the important tasks at hand.
Project Scope
We build the website using a Wordpress back end and are also providing hosting and data services for a corporate Nextcloud instance for easy document collection and collaboration as well as a Custom CRM which was modified to suit their needs as a growing law firm.
Current relationship
We are responsible for hosting, updating and maintaining this website and will as time goes on most likely expand on what we’ve done so far
