IMORTL
IMORTL is a newly founded Clothing and Accessories company which sells merchandise from a leading POD (Print on Demand) supplier/manufacturer.
Challenges overcome
Simple design
The branding and overall colours for this website were very subtle as the designs for some of their clothing and bags had to take center stage.
Reducing Image sizes
To speed up this website, we had to integrate Imagify to automatically compress all images uploaded via the REST API from the POD (Print on Demand) Dashboard.
Product Filtering
It was imperative to enable customers to browse any part of the shop and easily find or filter through products as the catalogue of items grows. These functions are still under review and undergoing some minor tweaks and adjustments to optimise further.
Project Scope
For this project, we had to custom develop an e-Commerce site using WooCommerce with some extra features like filtering and a few extra attributes for some of the products. We also implemented API access to to the POD supplier which makes creating and updating products simple from their dashboard.
Current relationship
We currently host and fully manage this website, taking care of backups and any updates which may be necessary.
